We love to share our ideas on our blog and at meetups/conferences.
You’ll play a leading part in delivering the product and technology roadmap, and ensuring optimum technical approaches are chosen. This will mean writing, reviewing and supporting code, taking ideas from requirements to production code, and being responsible for quality at every step along the way, whether it’s testability, UX or architecture.

We are a diverse group, so you’ll have experience working with developers of all skill levels, using code reviews, pair programming and other techniques to improve the team as a whole.

The interview process consists of a 30 minute phone call with Steve, our VP Engineering. If that goes well then we’ll send you an offline technical exercise. We don’t want you spending more than two hours on (and we appreciate that you may have commitments that make doing the test impossible - if that’s the case then please let us know and we can discuss alternatives).
The final stage of our recruitment process is 2 hours of face to face interviews at our office in Vauxhall, London. During this time you’d get the chance to meet and pair with some of our current developers, and talk with our VP Engineering Steve and one of our Product Managers.
